Consumer overdraft protection refers to transferring funds when transactions may cause the deposit account to have a negative balance. Before signing up, please be aware:

Online banking: your checking account and choose Account services.
KY Mobile App: Select your checking account and choose Manage at the top of the screen.
To remove an account, select the minus sign to the right of the account. Then choose Yes to confirm the removal.

You can choose a combination of up to three email or mobile phone numbers to receive alerts at. Please be aware, some alerts require anemail address.

If you don’t respond within 24 hours, we will stop all texts and automated calls (including account, security and fraud alerts).
The following types of accounts can only manage alerts using online banking. These account alerts cannot be managed using the KY Mobile App. Note, they also need to have the same alert destinations if you’ve gone paperless.
Setting up autopay is easier than ever. When you've gone through the process, we'll provide you a confirmation page to review. It'll tell you when the first payment starts, how much is being paid, and what date it'll be paid each month.
